Hey folks! I'm usually just a lurker, but with all of the Dilfer/media/no respect threads posted lately, I thought I'd post what I just heard on ESPN's Audibles show.

Dilfer said that he was going to have to admit that he was wrong about Atlanta. He said that at the beginning of the year when watching film of us, all he could see was all of our flaws. Now, he says his whole perspective has turned around and all he sees is all the positives we have going for us. He says that since we are the Falcons... he keeps waiting for something to go wrong....much like many folks felt when the Patriots began their run of greatness.

Also, Steve Young said that with Ryan's 19-1 home record coming out of college, he says he's the best QB EVER coming straight out of college....better than Marino...anyone. Dilfer agreed.

Anyway, I know the media attention matters to some, not so much to others....but Dilfer admitted tonight that we are for real and thought it was an interesting discussion...especially the thoughts on Ryan.

Yea and the first game we lose he will be right back to bashing.

Dilfer played QB for 14 years. Never threw for 3000 yards.

HAHAHAHAHA. I tweeted them on that show asking why Dilfer was hating on the Falcons so much. I don't know if this was in response to that or not. Probably just a coincidence....
