D-Block!!

I can't link it right now. But get on the website and watch this week's episode of D-Block. The freestyle Friday from Willie Mo was ruthless. I also liked the fact that they threw up Lofton's jersey even though he took a dig at the organisation they still show love for him. There was an old reebok 50 practice jersey up in the corner if the block that I've not noticed before. Also spoon was dancing again, so he certainly can move on that ankle. I guess they are just being safe. Which I can understand. I am still suffering from a high ankle sprain I picked up in fucking April. It has had no rest though seeing as I cycle every day. Think cracks and grinds. I have private health care but the way it works here is I still need my GP to refer me to a BUPA approved specialist to get it looked at. I went and the woman flat refused to and I left before I got angry. I am gonna have to wait until next season to get it and my knee cleaned up.


Anyway unimportant. Go to the site and enjoy that locker room. Those boys are family right there. Makes me miss my linebacker group from my 3rd year in college.
