Drew Brees brought in his personal trainer to oversee the Saints workouts. He also hired the Tulane training staff to assist. But, I agree, if a group of players are doing it solely on their own it will not be near as effective.

aren't the Falcons working out at a training facility with a trainer there? ignite fitness or something like that? when we first started seeing the news reports about the workouts, weren't there reports of trainers there overseeing the workouts? i'm thinking there were
