RE: Good start of the Football weekend.
And Oregon beat Stanford.
This could be the craziest national championship and bowl setup in forever. If LSU can make it past Arkansas week 13 and UGA in the SEC championship, they're obviously a given to play for the NC. If Oklahoma St. can make it past Oklahoma week 14, then they're obviously a given to play for the NC. BUT, if by some miracle both of those teams lose a game, then Alabama and Oregon could be the NC game. Oklahoma and Virginia Tech have a very very slim chance as well, but it would call for a surprise upset to LSU, Oklahoma St, Alabama, and Oregon. As for UGA, my HOPE is that with Boise now having 1 loss, that UGA has a chance to replay them in a bowl game. Because the UGA right now is certainly not the UGA that played in the first game of the season. Right now, I wouldn't want to be any team and have to face UGA. LSU or Alabama, whichever ends up in the SEC championship vs. UGA is going to have their hands full. |
