Even if we get a new OC after getting rid of Mularkey and a new DC, TD needs to get in Smith's ear and tell him that a conservative style of well, most everything, won't get it done.

BVG is gone, hopefully Mularkey is next, and maybe a position coach or two.

The "offseason of change" has begun...and our most defining and important offseason in several years has now commenced.
