RE: Can anyone explain how/why we disappeared for the 3rd and part of 4th quarters?
There was no Smittyball on offense yesterday. I hate even the thought of it. The reason we struggled offensively in the 4th quarter was because Ryan started missing easy throws that he had been making the whole game. The first play of 1 drive Ryan had Roddy open about 15-20 yards down the field and Ryan's pass was no where near Roddy (I believe it was the first play of the drive after the interception) and it was like WTF is that?

why do people say we got conservative . That was anything but the truth . If anything Smith should have given Turner more carries instead of Ryan throwing the dumb pick or reverse . Sea was having a hard time defending the off guard runs
![]() I'm delusional from our playoff loss against GB . Don't take me seriously until year 2413 . - Added by Phocis because of this post. Warned here. Do not remove. |

Sea was having a hard time defending the off guard runs Plus they had shut down the screens and we didn't adjust. At that point it was move, counter move and Seattle did a better job of it, we didn't adjust quickly enough, or at all really as time was running out. The good news is that we won the game and one thing this staff is really good at is learning from mistakes. |
