Can anyone explain how/why we disappeared for the 3rd and part of 4th quarters?

The Ryan interception was on the very next play after the Julio reverse got stopped for a loss. Julio end around has been a positive play for us all season but not that time. I still don't understand the interception. Why did Ryan throw it into double coverage like that when it wasn't there. Where was the outlet option?
