Ryan still a great QB that can win games no matter where it is just he is just much better in dome and comfortable conditions ..He can control game and some of his physical liabilities are effected with weather conditions and field conditions .

Maybe 5 of his INT's have come outside of Dome, but he had 2 against San Francisco.
