This one is troubling. Johnny Jolly of the Packers is sitting in jail without bond right now after being arrested with 400 grams of a controlled substance, I imagine several more players will be arrested for drug related offenses before the new CBA is reached. I understand why the NFL won't test them during the lockout, but it's asking for trouble with the guys with drug histories and the guys trying to deal with chronic pain.
