but that's mostly aimed at the one(s) who constantly break number 3, so who do we ban first? the one who breaks number 3, just to get some members to break number 1, or the ones who just can't resist number 3 and break number 1? I think if you get rid of the one who appears to break number 3 regularly (and on purpose), those others wouldn't be breaking number 1......

There's a reason you've been banned multiple times on AFMB Swift. You aren't here to discuss logical things in regards to Falcons football. one of my "jobs" as mod is to keep threads on topic. the last several posts here are not on the topic of the rules, so take it to another thread.

at Swift, lol all you want bud, facts are, and everyone knows it, that yes, you do start threads with your OPINIONS just to be a jackass and get attention. Yeah, you'll do some research and pick out what 'facts' you want to use to support your arguments, but rarely if ever do you give all the facts....

so going back to my previous post, the person who consistantly breaks rule number 3, in order to try to get people to break number 1, is the one who's going to get banned. last time it was just for a year, for basically the same reason

What's really tough is when you know someone is breaking Rule #3, so you put them on your ignore list, only to have their posts appear anyway when people quote them.

Everyone has limits to how much they can tolerate.

I would have, but the thread where the discussion was started was deleted. No offense, but you guys can't really have it both ways. Guido's thread gets locked (because it could potentially get out of control), other threads get deleted. You guys seem to be going a bit overboard with the whole thing, at least move the posts to another thread or something. Can't really stamp out discussion and not expect it to pop up somewhere else on the board.

while I won't necessarily disagree with all the points you made, I will say this. This thread is about the rules. there's no need to go back and forth arguing with someone who is just out to troll. So as for 'stamping out discussion and not expecting it to pop up somewhere else on the board', go for it. but it's NOT going to continue here.

as for other threads that got deleted or closed, well that's one of the many discretionary things we have to do here. Don't know how many times it has to be said, but, if you quit feeding the trolls, they'll get bored and stop coming around. you just have to man up and stop. if you can't, we'll do our jobs.

I'm enforcing rule #6 and closing this thread. the rules are NOT up for debate, take em or leave em, they are what they are.

geeze louise, why can't we just use a football site to talk about football?
