RE: Black Eyed Peas...
meh...it won't the best, but it was far from the worst. usually any music they get up there doesn't do that great of a job, tbh

RE: Black Eyed Peas...
I enjoyed the game itself. Pregame? Didn't watch it, was socializing at the bar. Halftime show? Didn't see it, was socializing at the bar. I've seen a lot of them and never seen one that I liked, learning a long time ago that the bar is much more fun. In fact I think the only way I would watch the half time show is if they had either frisbee dogs or a death metal act. Otherwise they can keep all the sappy pop mainstream crap.

I agree, I saw Prince here on the Purple rain tour and I knew he would be good when he played and he was. Wink

Worst list ever.

Tell me about it, Slash is a good guitar player, but hes not in my top 20, you got to look at other things, like does Slash write his own music? Check out your GNR albums some time especially the early ones, the one that wrote all the catchy rifts like Welcome to the Jungle, Mr Brownstone and others, were all written by the rhythm guitar player Izzy Stradlin, also why, GNR imploded after Izzy left. Why after use your illusion 1 and 2 Izzy wrote like 90% of the albums and quit the band and it was genious. WHY? because he got paid regardless from writing royalties, the rest of the band made him money while he stayed home and counted the money. Wink

RE: Black Eyed Peas...
Slash leaving GnR and then actual guitar virtuosos like Bumblefoot and Buckethead makes a lot of fans pissed off, which is why Slash still gets so much exposure as a "great" guitar player when he truly isn't. Playing beginners riffs and whoring the pentatonic scale while being drunk and wearing a gimmicky top hat is enough to sell music to frat boys and drunk college singles, I guess that's enough.

Not to mention Duff Mackagan also did the drum lines in addition to bass. IT was bad when Izzy left. But the shit hit the fan when Duff left.
