I just wouldn't want to rush him out too early and have him lose his confidence. I would think we don't give Franks a lot of reps until next year, but I think he should make an impact on STs sometime soon.

'progressing very well in practice' is coachspeak for 'so far, he hasn't shown the ability to play at this level'. Which explains why he hasn't yet been activated.
