The NFC South has you as our doormats too!

See, this is not about fans. This is a combination of transportation and Church. Sorry, but many Falcons Fans actually attend Church on Sunday, instead of pick themselves out of the vomit on Bourbon Street like Aints do. All of our Primetime games have earlier fill rates, and the Church connection is well-documented.

And STILL your owner tried to move the team. Looks like your "devotion" meant nothing.

That's the funniest thing I've read in a while.

It makes me think I should pick up some taint toilet paper.

You'd lose that bet, Jim. But, don't forget that I said it wasn't a big deal. I was just saying that there are positive ways of showing support like being at the game by kickoff and filling the stands.

Well, I guess it's a good thing that the team never did put bounties out to injure players then, right?

Cool

its nice to see ATL fans show some passion for our teams for a change.

LOL! Are you so dense that you actually believe that crap? Nobody ever pissed on your field. Sorry to break it to you, but the world isn't flat and there really isn't an Easter Bunny.

No, that privilege belongs to the Panthers.

Sorry, but you won't find many Saints Fans in the gutters on Sunday morning. That's tourist thing. And the population in the whole southern region of the state is almost exclusively Catholic and Mass is attended on Saturdays. Most all protestant churches have an early service at 8:30 or 9:30. I am sure churches in Atlanta do the same. Transportation, though, is a legitimate excuse. It is very easy to get to the Superdome.

The owner looked into the possibility when the status of the Superdome was unknown. Besides, it had nothing to do with the devotion of the fans.

Undoubtedly money was a major factor, but there was no way San Antonio could ever be as sweet a deal as New Orleans where the Saints are a money making machine.

RE: Atlanta sports fans are finally getting it!!!
I have to agree that the throwing of trash on the field at the Braves game was a turning point for our city's fans. Our fans are tired of being pissed on. I don't think it was classless. I would have thrown crap too. What the ump did was blatant, and the fans let him know that crap like that will not be tolerated.

As for the eggs. That was just stupid. Yet, seemed true by the end of the game.
