No one this year is consistently blowing teams out like the Colts and Saints did. It just doesn't happen year in and year out. The NFL isn't like college. There are no cupcake teams. Close games make champions. The more this team comes together over close games the more likely they are to build momentum each week and carry that into the playoffs.

If the Falcons won by 14 points each week and were 14-2, a segment of the fanbase would find fault with our losses and say we were "doomed" to fail in the playoffs!

We are 3-1 so let's just focus on one game per week and see how things shake out!

I think we've played really well up to this point and have been a top 5 team to this point, BUT we can play a whooooole lot better. Our O could be more explosive, our D could have a few less mental errors and our ST can work on some things.

We've been pretty solid overall though.

We had two close games, a blowout and an "L" to the Steelers. Speaking of the Steelers, who seem to be everybody's new favorite squad since they're number one in all of the power rankings, they had two close games, a blowout and an "L".

Not much difference that I can see.

I dont like how inconsistent we are on Special Teams. Our Special Teams have cost us a lot of points this season (on coverage and blocking assignments, and that has put us in big holes to overcome. The mistakes I have seen are a direct result of the Coach, whoever his name is. Players are missing their lanes, not picking up blockers... I dont like our ST Coach right now.

I do like our Defense, even though we still tend to give up an occasional Big Play. I like our Aggressiveness. I really like Weatherspoon and what he adds to the LB Corips. I like Dunta, and I like Willy Moore replacing Coleman. I like Grimes a whole lot. I think Abraham is getting to the end of his career - he just isnt what he once was. Bierman will get better. But where is Jerry? He has been invisible all season. Corey Peters is who I am most excited about.

Offensively I think our only problem is getting the Run Game going. We arent averaging many Yards Per Carry. Turner needs to break it loose. I think I might be liking Snelling more than Turner. Snelling just seems to have more Motor. Roddy is on his way to another Pro-Bowl season. Harry Douglass needs to stop dropping passes when he thinks he's about to get hit. Tony Gonzo is solid as always - Mr. Dependable when we need it most.

I'd like to see us gameplan a little better. I mean, sometimes it might be cool to use the pass to set up the run instead of jamming Turner into an 8-man front.

I love how aggressive we are on Offense and Defense! - But I Hate our special team play right now!

I'm extremely happy with the way we are playing, We have a lot of fight. We don't let one bad play get to us and we find a way to overcome. I love it.

That said, I would like to see our Special teams issues addressed soon. I would also like to see some deep ball. But as long as we keep winning, I'm happy.

Not much difference that I can see.

They have the best defense in the league, without a question. Once they get Roethlisberger back on the field, I have a feeling they are serious superbowl contenders.

I want them in the Superbowl. I want to see Abe decapitate Big Ben, and avenge our only loss of the season.
