RE: Aqib Talib now has a felony arrest warrant
As far as I knew Either Leon Hall Or Joseph was due to be an FA and it was unsure as to whether they could keep the guy. That O needs some work and I can't see them trying to keep 3 potential young stars. I don't see Cinci outside of being a landing spot for dubious players being a realistic place for him to Land when once suspensions and whatever else are said and done. If it is found Talib shot at the guy even under the circumstances of claiming self defense I do not think he is gonna have an easy ride of it at all. I do not know U.S. Legal systems but I did an LLB as my first degree in England and shooting at someone who is no longer an immediate threat would land you in jail. A guy had 2 guys break into his house in the 90s and he fought them off, as one was running away he shot the guy in the back killing him. The victim of the break him was tried and convicted of manslaughter. In this instance we can take murder off the table, I also think there seems to be enough information that provided there is evidence for it would remove attempted murder. But I think he is gonna see at least Plaxico like time if he did fire off shots

RE: Aqib Talib now has a felony arrest warrant
Aside from missing the target, I would have done the same exact thing Talib did. The guy was apparently beating on his sister, and had already been removed from the house earlier in the day on a domestic call. He was arrested as well. Even Talib's 58 year old mother fired shots and is facing charges. Something was going on there. If that were my sister I'd do anything to protect her. Im damn sure not waiting for a cop to show up.
