i understand that our team is 4-1 and everything but in all honesty that has nothing to do with MM, but mostly to do with our defense. the playcalling this year has been retarded.

the fact that we have pulled these games out in the 4th quarter shows me how extremely talented we are as a team, to overcome bad playcalling with pure skill. which makes me even more upset that we keep letting this ass call our plays. we have the weapons to get it done through the air on offense, and we all saw in 08 that MM can spread the defense out and throw on them, but what happened to that half of the playbook? it seems he just threw it away, no need for intermediate and deep passing routes, we'll just call out-routes and curls all game and no one will be able to stop us.

the playcalling this year has shown me that not only is Mularkey an idiot, but hes also arrogant as hell. its like he thinks hes the only coach in the NFL that doesnt have to adjust when plays arent working. he always says in interviews that he not going to change how he calls plays, and how he absolutley wont expand the playbook for Matt. i get it, we're a run first team, but when most of our drives are the MM special "Run, Run, Pass, Punt", he needs to make adjustments, so far i havnt seen much if any. IMO he is hurting the growth of Matt Ryan and we need to get him out of here.

Actually i was thinkin about this the other day too. i still dont like whats being called. better than last year but game calling still looks reserved to me.

I don't really have a problem with Mularkey this year. If the Falcons have an issue on offense, I think it is the lack of productive receivers beyond Roddy White.

Ok....well....I do have one problem with the playcalling. When the Falcons have the ball on the 10 or 15 yard line, the Falcons need to take a shot in the endzone. I think they are being way too cautious in the red zone, settling for way too many FGs without even taking a shot.

He's getting better even though he is still calling a few questionable plays.

I would like to open it up more in the passing game too, but the last few games Matty has been getting absolutely hammered. Mularkey is calling plays exactly like Mike Smith wants him to. I personally like the "posess the ball for 2/3 of the game and run it down their throat." If we are behind, we can count on Ryan to throw us back into the game.

I would love to see us go to a true WC offense. Ryan would excell in the offense like the Eagles,

Do you really want them to have to learn an entirely new offensive system right as Matt is hitting his prime? We are 6th in the NFL in total offense and near the top in time of posession, and 4-1 on top of that. I don't think that calls for replacing the OC.
