Alert for Posters Replying to Your Post

Maybe this is already in the settings somewhere and I am not understanding but it would be nice if someone replied to me in a post if that would pop up on the screen. I know there is a setting to get e-mailed on my private e-mail instead of the board e-mail but I'm not always near that e-mail if I am at work.

If this already exists can someone walk me through the set up or just a simple explanation as to where that option is. If not I think it would be great to instantly know if someone replied because that makes for a more fluid conversation.

I just looked for that and didn't see an option to get a PM when someone replies to your post. Only an email.
