Yes, picking against the spread.

Put the highest confidence on the games you are most confident about, and lowest on the games you are least confident about. You get the points for the games you are right about.

Ok. Thanks Peyton. That makes this a lot harder.

I'm pretty good at picking games straight up. I usually keep track of my picks and compare them to ESPN's and I'm usually better than anyone of them. Here's how I've done picking games straight up the last few years. This is counting the playoffs too.

2006 = 153-114 (.573)
2007 = 164-103 (.614)
2008 = 176-91 (.659)
2009 = 170-97 (.637)
2010 = 174-93 (.652)
2011 = 181-86 (.678)

Want to supply me pick for my wanna-be gambling addiction? Your percentages are better than mine, and more consistent!

Well I don't pick against the spread so I have no idea how good I would be at that.

Ah... That's why you're so consistent. Yeah, the spread really even things out!

Ok, I am unpinning this thread because I think a lot of people ignore the pinned threads. Right now there are only 8 or 9 people for both of the games (Pick Em and Survivor), and we normally have 25-30.

So...if we pick up some more that would be great. But if we don't.......well I guess we all have a much better chance to win lol.

I know better than to try these. See my Cleveland Browns pick as the example.

Nothing is wrong with Yahoo. Bookmark the league page and ignore the rest. It's not like they make you look at any of the other crap Yahoo caries on their site. Hell, I forget what site it is after I initially signed up, because I don't see anything but the league pages.

Don't let that excuse stop you papachaz!

I can understand that I guess. I would think it would be a lot easier than what we did last year for people though, where I made people type out all of their picks for the whole season every week.
