A long way in a short time

RE: A long way in a short time
It has been a very impressive feat, no doubt. When you hear coaches, GMs, and owners talk about changing the "culture" of an organization, this is what they are referring to. Its not often successful. The fact that they did what so many new regimes try to do, with so much baggage to get rid of, speaks volumes about the quality of our owner, front office, and coaching staff.

"The process" is still ongoing but our team is in a very good place at the moment and the future looks bright. Smile
