That's what I am saying though, Ryan is probably one of the most confident QBs in the league. There is nothing about him that says he doesn't have that drive. Does he throw bombs like Favre? No, but regardless of that, nothing about him shows a lack of confidence in any way.

Right now, I feel like Ryan's biggest problem (and the entire team) is coaching. We have too many good players to not be producing. Play calling, individual skills development - the talent is being underused.
