Well his 80% is definitely better than anybody else on the Atlanta roster at 100%.

Kudos to the Atlanta Falcons Coaches for "squeezing the success out of the talent"......Joe's son had something to do with that! Hope he gets a raise Joe!

I don't know why.

Usually the two run fairly close to hand in hand, at least with regards to offense. Obviously not the case this year.

Yes, why is the yaradge stat called total defense, same with offense. Yardage has squat to do with points and points are what decide games.

Yeah...I don't know.

I guess it can also be true that points scored can also not be an accurate depiction of total offense and total defense.

For example...the Arizona Cardinals scored 12 of 31 TDs on returns this year.

This is probably one of the best, if not the best, ball control offenses of all time

definitely the best I can think of off the top of my head

RE: A Truly Remarkable Season
I've needed this season more than anything. All in all it's been a pretty bad and unremarkable year, the Falcons doing good makes everything so much better. I already have it planned out, if the Falcons go and win the Super Bowl, I'm proposing to my girlfriend right when the clock hit's "0.00". I planned on doing it New Years Eve, but I think it would be amazing if the two greatest moments of my life happened back-to-back in a matter of minutes. Unless of course she says no...

RE: A Truly Remarkable Season
Peyton, one point that may be overlooked is that TD has assembled a very smart team. Almost all players are learning at least 2 positions so players have a true 'big picture view'.

That in my opinion is part of the reason this team plays to the limit of their ability and the minimization of penalties.

I love the Falcons and to hell with anyone who doesn't!

Yes that is absolutely huge. Anyone who has been in a team environment knows how successful you can be if you have good leadership and everyone buys in and also how fragile it can be with only a minimum of discontent.
