We are upper level endzone, but I hope we can move down if there are empty seats. Those who know, is the end of the first quarter a reasonable time to move down?

I hear the second level, rows 18+ are protected from the elements..endzone seats on nflticket exchange are ~ $100.

I can get 2 upper level nose bleed seats for $20 each, if anybody is interested.
