Yes, and in his case his team's performance falls on him and the coaching staff. That team is loaded with talent, especially on defense. Numerous 1st round picks, very good RB, Wr's, LB's, CB's, it just should be better than this.

Wonder wher Cowher will end up? Is Gruden in the mix as well? I even wonder if Brian Billick is going to be a candidate somewhere?

Open now-

Denver
Minnesota

Almost guaranteed to be open-
Carolina
Cincinnati
San Francisco

Possible opening-
Houston
Arizona
**Tennessee-May be the suprise firing like Shannahan in 2009.

I know Dallas is technically vacant but I think Jason Garrett has done enough to lock this job down. I don't think I've seen so many openings for HC before. All of these coordinators and position coaches need to dust off those resumes, because there will be alot of opportunities.

Add Tom Coughlin to the hotseat list.. his days are numbered in NY

Especially after they make the playoffs and knock off the Saints this year.

So Singletary is gone. Should Norv Turner get the axe as well?

Agreed. There is absolutely no reason for them to be so horrible. They were projected by many to win the AFCN outright.

This is my signature.
