The whole weak schedule thing is stupid logic. Say that Alabama played Savannah State for twelve straight weeks. Does that mean now that they are no longer a good team? At best all you can say is you don't have a read on how good they are.

The opposite at least has some validity, say Alabama had to play themselves twelve straight weeks. Now at say 6-6 are they just an average team? Some would say yes but at least some would give them credit for playing a tough schedule.

The media is stupid.
